May God give you greater growth!

I want to be sure to permanently post something here on my Blog regarding what I know. Though I have chose the name NoahLot it is really simply just having pun with words. And, as stated before, I like how I found it through searching for grace and mercy. I truly don't know anything of spiritual value except that which the Lord gives to me. Even what He gives to me I must always be mindful that He can take it away if I'm too proud and selfish. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Prov 1:7) and the spiritual pride of man is the beginning of foolishness. This foolishness will be used of Satan to try to hurt, control, and abuse others. Or as it was with Nebuchadnezzar it is with ANY "mere man". Christ ALONE is in all and over all who call on Him in Truth. We should not be puffed up over each other for as Nebuchadnezzar stated, "And those who walk in pride He is able to put down". If you really believe spiritual "knowledge" will put you in a higher place than others then you are deceived and need to take heed yourself lest you should fall. Knowledge puffs up but Love edifies. Do you wish to edify the Body of Christ or seek to have some control lording over those in it? This is a pivotal question for ANYONE in a leadership position. And if you can't honestly answer it before the eyes of the ONLY Authority over ANY of us then beware for darkness may have crept in on you unaware.

Am I saying through this that I believe I am in a leadership position? Only if someone follows. If I toot my horn for my own glory then some may pay some attention for a bit. If I yield to the Lord in prayer and submission to His Word for the sake of His Glory then may God use me to lead others to Him. In this sense any of us could be leaders. And if not this, then as formerly mentioned, we are simply out to get self aggrandized attention and really don't care about the spiritual needs or wounds of others even as we SAY that we do. You can SAY that you are in "ministry". But what are you ministering to? Other’s souls for Christ, or your own EGO trip or other selfish item? This is a very sad reality I have been seeing more and more with those who SAY and claim to THINK they have a "MINISTRY". Do you see Christ's love and compassion for hurting souls in them or puffed up pride in their "spiritual knowledge"? "You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?" (Mt 7:16) Do you know what substance comes from their lives AND their words? Do they cut you with thorns as you question their truthfulness? Or do they clearly acknowledge their utter dependence on Christ by abiding in His Vine and bearing fruits of the Spirit even when their sincerity and genuineness is questioned? I believe this is the test of leadership in Christ. Would you agree? Has anyone that you have known in leadership failed this test? If so you may need to ask God to help you know this for sure and then "run, don't walk!" away from them for they are serving themselves and not our Lord Jesus Christ.

May God bless you to find or be such leadership that honors the Lord in Spirit and in Truth. Don't entertain less or you are wasting your life in Christ. And our prayer should be, MAY GOD"S GRACE BE POURED OUT on those who have suffered under the selfish and arrogant leadership of those who presented themselves as something they were not. Thank you Jesus for your mercy in giving us eyes to see the wolves in sheep’s clothing so that after we have escaped and are ministered to by your Grace for healing we too may give ourselves for this cause of helping others see and be FREE!

2Cor 1:3-7 "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ. Now if we are afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effective for enduring the same sufferings which we also suffer. Or if we are comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you will partake of the consolation."

AMEN!!!

This post is dedicated to all of you out there who have suffered under the abuse of liars and deceivers that you "thought" at some time were truly of God and in His leadership yet found through the pain inflicted on you that they were the "thornbushes" our Lord warned us of. May God give you greater growth and a deeper compassion as He works through the pain you have known.

As a foot note to those who are heartless towards those that were abused by these false leaders, you need some sense knocked into you regarding the matter of some of these offended people and families having good reason for being unknown by you and others who assault the wounded! Let us not forget "WHO" is the offender in the first place! Do you wish to ADD to this offense?
